Stacy is a creative performance strategist and talent casting expert with over two decades of experience at the intersection
of circus, sport, and human development. A former elite gymnast and professional circus artist, Stacy has performed, taught, and directed on stages and at festivals worldwide.

 

As a freelance casting director, career coach, and artistic advisor, Stacy is globally connected and culturally fluent. She leverages a dynamic international network to enrich each collaboration. Stacy casts talent for international circus stages, works 1:1 with artists on career and act design, and regularly serves as host and moderator at circus industry panels and workshops.

 

Her deep industry expertise includes 13 years at Cirque du Soleil, where she was a talent scout, acrobatic coach and then Director of Casting, managing the sourcing and development of multidisciplinary talent for some of the world’s most iconic productions.

Jean-Damien is a two-time Olympian (Albertville ‘92 & Nagano ‘98) in freestyle skiing – aerials. He was a French national ski team athlete for 11 years and went on to coach freestyle skiing in France, Australia, and Canada. He toured North America for five seasons, performing in ski shows and action sports events. 

 

Since retiring from professional sport,
Jean-Damien has become an expert in action sports entertainment, serving as a performance designer, creative consultant, talent scout, coach, and choreographer for renowned companies including Friedrichstadt Palast, Cirque du Soleil, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey (FELD Entertainment), 7 Fingers, Disneyland Paris, and Paname24 (Opening Ceremony of the 2024 Olympics in Paris).

 

Jean-Damien also works in technical, site, and logistics management for marquee events such as Les Etoiles du Sport, Jeux Urbains, Les Vielles Charrues, Les Francofolies, and Freestyle Ski World Cup.

Julien is a freelance casting director and creative consultant with a strong foundation in elite gymnastics and live performance. Based in Annecy, France, he specializes in talent casting for live entertainment, theme parks, and large-scale productions worldwide.

 

A former elite gymnast, Julien built an accomplished career as a professional acrobat and coach. He performed with Cirque du Soleil for over a decade, where he developed his deep understanding of movement, stage presence, and the collaborative process behind world-class productions. This experience now informs his casting work, allowing him to connect creative visions with the right performers and disciplines.

 

Known for his eye for talent and his technical expertise, Julien continues to bridge the worlds of athletic performance and artistic storytelling to bring performance concepts to life.​
