We cast talent for circus, performing arts, and entertainment shows, connecting clients with top-tier circus artists and action sports athletes. We coach artists –from emerging voices to seasoned pros– focusing on career direction, act design, and acrobatic training. And we offer full-scale act creation –from concept development to staging– providing unique, high-impact performances tailored to clients' creative visions.

Stacy is a creative performance strategist and talent casting expert with over two decades of experience at the intersection
of circus, sport, and human development.
Jean-Damien Climonet
Co-founder
Jean-Damien is a two-time Olympian in freestyle skiing – aerials. He went on to coach freestyle and perform in ski shows and action sports events.
